Peer Review Process
Reviewer Selection:
Independence:Reviewers are carefully selected to ensure complete independence from the authors of the submitted manuscripts. We take deliberate steps to avoid conflicts of interest and affiliations. Reviewers are chosen meticulously based on their expertise, experience, and lack of affiliation with the institutions of the manuscript's authors. This deliberate selection process aims to eliminate potential conflicts of interest, promoting an unbiased evaluation of the submitted work.
Diverse Expertise: Reviewers are chosen based on their expertise in the subject matter of the manuscript. We seek individuals with a diverse range of perspectives to provide comprehensive feedback.
Confidentiality: Reviewers are required to maintain strict confidentiality throughout the review process. They are reminded of the importance of non-disclosure and the journal's policies on maintaining the anonymity of both authors and reviewers.
Review Process:
Double-Blind Review: To maintain independence, our peer review process follows a double-blind model. Reviewers are not aware of the authors' identities, and authors are unaware of the reviewers' identities.
Structured Evaluation: Reviewers are provided with clear guidelines and a structured evaluation form to assess the manuscript. This form ensures that reviewers focus on the scientific and scholarly merits of the work.
Transparent Communication: Authors receive anonymous feedback from reviewers, which is designed to be constructive and supportive. Reviewers are encouraged to provide specific, evidence-based feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Conflict of Interest:
Disclosure: Reviewers are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest before accepting a review assignment. If a conflict arises during the review process, we reassign the manuscript to another reviewer.
Editorial Oversight: Our editorial team monitors the review process to ensure that reviewers' feedback is unbiased and adheres to our guidelines.
Review Integrity:
Accountability: Reviewers are expected to provide honest, fair, and constructive feedback. We value their contributions and appreciate their dedication to the scholarly community.
Fair Assessment: Reviewers are asked to base their assessments solely on the quality and originality of the research, methodology, and presentation of findings, without bias towards the author's institution, background, or personal characteristics.
Continuous Improvement:
We regularly evaluate and refine our peer review process to maintain the highest standards of quality and independence. We are committed to providing a platform for rigorous academic discourse and contributing to the advancement of knowledge in our field.
