This edition as FP 7 follow-up project was elaborated by the participants of the FP7 program Support for
training and career development of researchers (Marie Curie), International Research Staff Exchange Scheme
(IRSES) „EU-PREACC: Possibilities and limits, challenges and obstacles of transferring CEE EU pre-accession
best practices and experience to Moldova’s and Georgia’s pre-accession process” (2013 – 2017), financed
by the European Commission and realized by the Moldova State University, Tbilisi State University „Iv.
Javakhishvili”, the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. The edition
includes the materials of the scientific international conference in the first section; the resumes of the Ph.D. research
developed in the project period are presented in 2d section; information about FP 7 Project deliverables and
participants are proposed in a final section of the edition. The realized studies are addressed to professors, undergraduate
students, MA and Ph.D. students, governmental and non-governmental sectors and all those interested
in this subject.
