The Contemporary Conceptions of Political Myths

Abstract


The article discusses the phenomenon of political myth and presents modern concepts of political myth; Differences and common features between them are shown. Based on the reviewed materials, it should be said that there is no common understanding of the political myth, although the common thing is that the modern political myth is considered as a tool to influence public opinion and its purpose is to help certain political forces to achieve their goals.
