12 Years Since the August War of 2008
Abstract
The articles deal with the statements made by the Georgian and foreign politicians on the 12th anniversary of the August War of 2008. Representatives of the government of Georgia argued Russia to withdraw occupation forces from the territory of Georgia, whereas the former president of the Russian Federation tried to justify the aggressive politics of Russia. The West still depicted its support to the territorial integrity of Georgia.
